Online Privacy Statement
Nelson Enterprises respects our customers' right to privacy online. We hold your detailed customer information securely and in confidence.

Personal Information Privacy
Nelson Enterprises will take all appropriate steps to keep your personal information confidential. Those steps include limiting access to customer databases, communicating this policy to all Nelson Enterprises employees and enforcing penalties for violating this agreement.
Nelson Enterprises will not sell, rent, or give away our customers' personal information to other companies for use in selling others' products or services. We will vigorously enforce all privacy agreements we have with other companies.
Nelson Enterprises will be judicious in the use of electronic or hard copy communications with customers.
To protect your information once your transaction is complete, Nelson Enterprises stores your information on an off-line server stored securely behind our firewall. There is no external access to this information and its internal access is strictly controlled and monitored.

Nelson Enterprises - Safe Shopping Guarantee
Nelson Enterprises helps ensure your protection by offering a safe shopping guarantee. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your credit card bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 in unauthorized or fraudulent charges. Nelson Enterprises will cover the amount for which you are held liable up to the full $50 if the fraudulent transaction resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made through Nelson Enterprises using our secure server. Nelson Enterprises also requires that you have followed all rules and procedures of your credit card provider relating to fraudulent and unauthorized use.
Return Policy
Nelson Enterprises has a ten (10) day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 10 days in the original packaging and in the condition in which it was received. Nelson Enterprises will allow you to replace or exchange the merchandise for an item of equal or comparable value. Nelson Enterprises will provide refunds only in the case of merchandise which is determined defective or damaged during shipping.

Damaged Items
All items are inspected prior to shipping and are shipped insured. Nelson Enterprises is not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. If a package is damaged in shipment, contact Nelson Enterprises and we will notify the carrier and place a claim, which will provide the sender or recipient to request either a refund or an exchange. You must keep all original packaging materials for review by shipping company.

Cookies
Nelson Enterprises currently uses "cookies" which tag each visitor's browser with a random, unique number. The cookie simply assigns a number and does not disclose any personal information about the person using the browser. By noting where these uniquely numbered browsers go on our site, we can assist in the management of our site.

Shipping Methods
Nelson Enterprises, Inc. is located in Bloomsbury, New Jersey. Orders may originate from that location or be drop shipped from the manufacture.

Shipping rates for your order depend on destination, weight and shipping method. The best way to determine the cost of shipping is to place the items you wish to purchase into your cart and start the checkout process. Before you finalize your order, you will be presented with the shipping options and charges associated with your order.

All orders are processed individually in our dedicated warehouse facility to ensure that they arrive as quickly as possible. All items are properly wrapped, packed and sealed to minimize damage and prevent breakage.

· Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST (M-F) will ship within 72 Hours.

· All shipping charges are based on the weight of the items and packaging in your order.

·Standard shipping method is UPS and/or Fed Ex Ground. For orders requiring accelerated delivery, UPS or Fed Ex Next Day Air is available. UPS and/or Fed Ex delivery time frames are based on business days. Ground means delivery is guaranteed within 7 business days based on destination. Next Day Air means next business day. We DO NOT routinely ship either UPS or Fed Ex for Saturday delivery.

· We cannot ship UPS or Fed Ex orders to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO destinations.

· Orders lost or delayed due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer. Orders that are damaged in shipment will be handled under the Damaged Items policy listed above.

· Upon shipping your order, you will receive an email with your ship date and tracking information.

 

International Shipping Restrictions & Information:

· Laws are different in every country and we cannot be current with required procedures. It is a customer’s responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your destination country permits the shipment of our products to your country.

· If the shipment is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee.

· You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes. Check with your country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. If Nelson Enterprises is charged for taxes and duties on your shipment, we will assess the charges to your credit card.
